Good news--Kyrie has been confirmed pregnant via ultrasound this morning!
The doc only saw a couple of blips, so we may be headed for another small litter--but ultrasounds are notoriously inaccurate at counting pups, so we will be doing x-rays within a week of delivery to get a more accurate count. Our wonderful repro vet, Doc Lee at Krum Veterinary Clinic, felt so bad about seeing only a couple of pups that she offered to do another ultrasound for us for free! So we will be doing that next week, as well.
Cross fingers that there are more puppies hiding in there, everyone!
